Girl Guiding is an international non-political, educational and social service volunteer movement.
It aims at developing human qualities and making a girl or adolescent an ideal citizen. KCPSC has a unit of Girl Guides and Rangers; and the unit is managed by Sr. teacher Shahnawaj Mawla and Asst. teacher Shamima Akter. Since its beginning, it has been taking part in various national, departmental and district camps. Adventurous activities like camping, hiking, trekking and outdoor activities are organized in guide camps. Annual camps are also held where girls acquire knowledge in tent making, various handicrafts, karate, bodybuilding, self-defense as well as physical and mental fitness. They organize various cultural programs including Tabu Jalsa. The members of Girl Guides and Rangers volunteer at various events. Partaking in internal annual competition and National Day parade, they always bear the signature of achievement. They take the oath of guide and undergo various trainings. Guides and Rangers always remain prepared to face any adverse situation.
